To reset your filber password, go to the filber Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address registered to your filber account and click Submit. You will receive a password reset link by email within a few minutes. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password. No. filber strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may only hold one active filber account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of filber's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. All transactions on filber are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). filber does not accept credit card deposits or any form of cryptocurrency.

To deposit using GCash on filber: log in to your account, navigate to Cashier > Deposit, and select GCash as your payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum ₱100) and confirm. You will be redirected to the GCash payment screen — log in to your GCash account and approve the transaction. Your filber balance will be credited instantly once the payment is confirmed. Make sure the GCash account is registered in your own name, as filber does not accept third-party payments.

The minimum deposit on filber is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although players can set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. filber recommends setting a deposit limit that aligns with your personal budget.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your filber account instantly in most cases. The minimum withdrawal amount on filber is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, although high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification in line with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. filber will notify you if additional documentation is required.

Common reasons a filber withdrawal may be declined include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and your payment method name, or a pending security review. filber will send you an email explaining the reason for any declined withdrawal.
