3.1 To be eligible to register and use the filber Platform, you must:

4.1 Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the filber Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent Account closure.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filber login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.4 filber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify filber immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform.
4.5 filber reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
filber is required to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued play. KYC documents may include:
filber will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld pending resolution.
filber accepts deposits via the following methods in Philippine Peso (₱): GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. filber does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.
5.2 Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. filber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. filber reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
5.4.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your filber Account. filber does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. filber aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5.4.3 filber reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. filber will notify you if additional documentation is required.
5.4.4 Player Funds held in your Account are kept separate from filber's operational funds. filber does not use Player Funds for any purpose other than settling player winnings and processing withdrawals.
Accepted withdrawal methods mirror accepted deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards — all in Philippine Peso (₱).
6.1 filber may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

6.4 filber reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.5 Players who have opted into self-exclusion or applied deposit limits may be excluded from certain promotional offers at filber's discretion, in line with responsible gaming obligations.
7.1 All games available on the filber Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
7.2 filber's slot games use independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, filber will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account. filber's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 filber publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its slot games. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.5 filber reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any winnings where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any other form of cheating or unfair play.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filber Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.1 All content on the filber Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of filber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the filber Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without filber's prior written consent.
9.3 The filber name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of filber. Unauthorised use of filber's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The filber Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. filber makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filber shall not be liable for:

10.4 filber's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, filber will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will not send you marketing communications during the exclusion period.
11.3 filber will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. If you believe your self-exclusion has been breached, please contact filber support immediately.

12.1 You may close your filber Account at any time by contacting filber support. Upon closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 filber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Where an Account is closed by filber due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, filber reserves the right to withhold some or all Account funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or illegal activity will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to filber's customer support team for resolution. filber will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through filber's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent filber from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 filber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, filber will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
14.3 Your continued use of the filber Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
